New judges named for Ramapo and Rockland courts

More changes are coming to judicial seats in Ramapo and Rockland County. The Ramapo Town Board has appointed Alejandra Silva-Exias to succeed Justice Djinsad Desir, who resigned to run for the Rockland County Court.
