PORTERVILLE, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 65-year-old Porterville woman was arrested Friday evening after allegedly running a drug house, the Porterville Police Department announced.
Police say around 7 p.m. they served a search warrant as part of an ongoing sales of illegal narcotics investigation to a home in the 800 block of South Prospect Street.
Upon searching the residence, officers reported over 500 counterfeit pills, over 300 prescription pills for the purpose of sales, meth, drug paraphernalia, digital scales, and narcotic packaging materials.
As a result, detectives arrested 65-year-old Rebecca Baugher of Porterville after they determined she was responsible for the narcotics and sales from the home.
Police say Baugher was booked under suspicion of possession of fentanyl for sale, possession of prescription medication for sale, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a drug house.
