One person is in custody after shots were fired at Wright State University on Monday, according to a spokesperson from the university.
Just after 7 p.m., campus police were called to Cedar Hall on the Dayton campus after reports of a gunshot, according to a media release.
When officers arrived they immediately secured the suspect and the surrounding area.
No one was injured and the suspect is in custody.
The victim told police they were familiar with the suspect and the shots were fired over missing property.

The suspect has not been named but has been identified as not a student.
The suspect has been trespassed from the school campus.
The university said they will have counseling available this evening and tomorrow.
