Jul. 4—ARREST

A Falls woman was arrested after she reportedly threatened a man with a “stun gun” in the stairway of a building in the 1900 block of Walnut Avenue at 8 p.m. June 26. The 52-year-old woman was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing.

ARREST

A Falls man was arrested on a contempt charge following an incident in Niagara Falls City Court at 11 a.m. June 27. The 50-year-old man was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

A Falls man was arrested after police said he was involved in a burglary in the 200 block of 74th Street at 7:35 p.m. June 27. The 26-year-old man was charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree grand larceny and third-degree assault. He’s accused of taking a gold necklace, gold ring and other jewelry from a home.

A Falls man was arrested after a fight in the area of 22nd and Niagara streets at 6:55 p.m. Friday. The 32-year-old man was charged with second-degree menacing. He’s accused of hitting a female victim with a baseball bat.

A Falls man was arrested on an assault charge following an incident in the 4800 block of Lafayette Circle at 6:20 p.m. Saturday. The 49-year-old man was charged with second-degree assault. He is accused of attacking and punching a 76-year-old census worker who knocked on his door.

A Falls man was arrested in Jordan Gardens Friday after an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force. The 37-year-old man was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

A Buffalo man was arrested in the 200 block of Payne Avenue at 8:56 a.m. June 27 following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force. The 27-year-old man was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

ARREST

A Buffalo woman was arrested Friday in the 6500 block of Dysinger Road following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force. The 36-year-old woman was charged with fourth- and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
