Mentoring Alliance of Tyler gets $5,000 donation from Optimum


TYLER, Texas (KETK) – Optimum said they presented a $5,000 check to the Mentoring Alliance of Tyler on Thursday.

The internet service company is helping to fund scholarships so Tyler ISD students can attend educational summer camps and after school programs provided by the Mentoring Alliance, according to a press release.

“Optimum is committed to making a positive impact in Texas and the community of Tyler. The company participates in leading organizations such as DonorsChoose and FIRST to further support the education and learning of students.”
