81-year-old reported missing after leaving senior living facility


RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Mo. – The Richmond Heights Police Department issued an Endangered Silver Advisory on Sunday for an 81-year-old who left a local senior living facility.

The incident was reported around 5:30 p.m. at Promenade Senior Living, located southwest of Interstate 64 and South Brentwood Boulevard.

Police identified the missing individual as Ariel Gonzales. He’s described as a Hispanic male, 6’1″ tall, weighing 200 pounds, with gray hair, brown eyes, and a fair complexion. He was last seen wearing glasses, a black Marines baseball cap, a gray and white speckled button-up shirt, and khaki shorts.

Police said Gonzales, who was previously diagnosed with dementia, left the facility on foot.

Anyone who has seen Gonzales or has information on his whereabouts should dial 911 to contact their nearest law enforcement agency or call the Richmond Heights Police Department at 314-645-3000.
