Missing Child Alert issued for 3-year-old boy believed to be with woman headed to Georgia


TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Missing Child Alert has been issued for a 3-year-old boy who is believed to be with a woman after he was last seen in Jacksonville on Saturday, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement announced.

The boy, Noah Hayes, was last seen in the area of the 8700th block of Belle Rive Boulevard in Jacksonville. He is 3 feet tall and weighs 60 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

According to the FDLE, the boy may be with 31-year-old Jasmine Graham in a 2020 white Kia Sportage with the Florida license plate number “05DWTI.” The vehicle has a sticker on the bottom right corner of the rear windshield.

Authorities said they were last traveling northbound on I-75 and may be headed to Georgia.

Graham is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
