Sewer main maintenance will close lanes on South Ocean Boulevard for the first three days of the week, town officials said.
Lane closures will occur on South Ocean from Ibis Isle (2100 S. Ocean) to 300 S. Ocean (Royal Palm Way) from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day from Monday through Wednesday for the sewer work.
The work had been scheduled for June 24-26 but had to be postponed for equipment unavailability.
Maintenance will be conducted by Water Resources Department workers at 20 different locations along the road. Each location will take about an hour to complete, and flaggers will guide traffic as it reduced to one lane of travel.
Motorists are asked to be vigilant about workers and flaggers and to exercise caution as they go through the area. For more information, call Water Resources manager Jeff Coleman at 561-227-7018 or email jcoleman@townofpalmbeach.com.
