Interstate 81 in Franklin County reopens after multiple crashes


GREENCASTLE, Pa. (WHTM) — Interstate 81 in part of Franklin County has reopened after multiple crashes forced its closure.

The highway was closed northbound at Exit 5 – Greencastle north to Exit 10 – Marion, according to 511PA.

First responders were on scene.

A PennDOT spokesperson said there were two separate crashes. No word on injuries.
