Scott Community College celebrated graduates of its high school equivalency program.

The graduation ceremony took place at Davenport North High School’s auditorium.
David Hines gave the keynote speech. Hines graduated from the program in 2019 and has started his own apparel brand since then.

Hines was recognized as the Iowa Literary Council’s outstanding learner of the year.
