MORRILTON, Ark. – Authorities said the man arrested after a three-day manhunt in Morrilton will go before a judge on Friday.
Authorities said 50-year-old Stacy Lee Drake is expected in the Conway County Courthouse Friday at 9 a.m. A judge will likely decide on extradition to Alabama or Oklahoma.

Police said Drake is the prime suspect in a carjacking and homicide in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, on May 14. Officials in Oklahoma say the same thing happened in in the small town of El Reno on June 14. In both cases the victims were shot, with investigators saying Drake stole vehicles and fled the scene.
On Tuesday, June 18, police said two people were killed and a car was stolen from a business in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. The vehicle was found hours later at a Motel 6 in Morrilton, Arkansas. Investigators said Drake was observed leaving the scene through surveillance video.
A three-day search led by the Morrilton Police Department ended around 10 a.m. Thursday in the woods Southeast of University Boulevard and Poor Farm Road. Conway County Sheriff’s Office deputies say Drake’s hammock was spotted by helicopter, and he was arrested without incident.
MPD said they believe Drake bought the camping gear from the nearby Walmart.

Other agencies involved in the search include Arkansas State Police, U.S. Marshal’s Task Force, Arkansas Army National Guard, Arkansas Department of Corrections K9 Team, Arkansas Game and Fish and University of Arkansas Community College Monticello Police.
