Mobile man pleads guilty on child pornography production charges: MCSO

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A Mobile man has entered a blind guilty plea on all his charges regarding the production of child pornography, according to the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office.

UPDATE: Man dies after Pensacola shooting

According to an MCSO Facebook post, 25-year-old Gary Daniel-Kyle Hay of Mobile was charged in August 2023 with 21 counts of child sexual abuse material.

“Gary produced over 60 separate videos of himself sexually assaulting a child under the age of 10,” the MCSO Facebook post said.

Fourth arrest made in MJ Daniels’ shooting death

A blind plea means the suspect and state made no sentencing agreement before the defendant entered the guilty plea.

The blind guilty plea comes three months after Hay was indicted by a federal grand jury.
