Wegmans Food Markets has topped yet another Fortune magazine list for top workplaces within New York.

Wegmans ranked third on the magazine’s list of Best Workplaces in New York in 2024 for large businesses, behind American Express, in New York City, and Synchrony, based in Stamford, Connecticut. Earlier this year, Wegmans was named sixth as one of Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2024. Wegmans has been named to the annual list 27 times.

The 2024 list of the top workplaces within the Empire State features 35 businesses. For more than 30 years, Fortune has been surveying companies.
