Jun. 10—Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter and TSM Metal Works officials announced the company will expand by locating new operations in the Upper Cumberland.
TSM will invest $500,000 and create 20 new jobs in Cumberland County through the project.
TSM is owned by a fourth-generation California fabrication company, and the move to Crossville represents the company’s first out-of-state expansion. Upon completion, the TSM facility will be 30,000 square feet and will serve TSM’s metal fabrication customers both locally and nationwide.
Cumberland County Mayor Allen Foster said the company will be located in the county on Plateau Rd.
“We are excited to have TSM locate the family-owned business here in Cumberland County. They will be providing skilled jobs, as well as needed services in our community. Cumberland County is open for business and we welcome this new investment,” Foster said.
Founded in 2023, TSM Metal Works is family-owned, full-service metal fabrication company that provides powder coating to a variety of industries including backyard projects, construction, agriculture and equipment manufacturing.
Since 2020, TNECD has supported nearly 30 economic development projects in the Upper Cumberland region, resulting in approximately 2,800 job commitments and $870 million in capital investment.

McWhorter.
