Police identify two people killed in Huntsville wrecks


HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – The Huntsville Police Department has identified two people who died in two separate wrecks late last week.

According to the police department, a wreck on Jordan Lane and Oakwood Road Thursday left one dead and two injured. The victim was identified on Monday as 39-year-old David Davidson.

On Friday, another wreck on Highway 53 left one person dead and one person injured in the area of Nick Fitcheard Road. HPD later identified the victim as 34-year-old Jasmine Mullins, who was the passenger of one of the vehicles involved.

HPD told News 19 that investigators are still investigating these cases.
