Boeing is set to launch two astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS) in its Starliner capsule Saturday afternoon, the company’s first crewed test flight.

The mission had been delayed at least twice due to a valve issue, propellant leak and subsequent testing. The initial takeoff date was May 17.

NASA’s Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore will be on board for the launch, planning to spend about a week at the ISS. The test flight will also see the astronauts take the craft through a series of careful maneuvers to push its capabilities.

Boeing has been developing the Starliner capsule for over a decade in hopes of giving NASA another U.S. spacecraft that can take astronauts to and from the ISS.

The launch is scheduled from Kennedy Space Center in Florida at 12:25 p.m. EDT.
