While you probably know Martha Stewart for her top-notch cooking, gardening and all-around domestic know-how, there’s something to be said about her skin-care efforts as well. The 82-year-old self-made billionaire had a candid conversation with her dermatologist, Dr. Dan Belkin, on her podcast, sharing that she has used Botox, fillers, peels and skin-tightening treatments. “I don’t think a lot about age, but I don’t want to look my age at all. And that’s why I really work hard at it,” she said. She also shared that she “never leaves the house” without wearing sunscreen, specifically one her doctor recommended: Alastin HydraTint Pro Mineral Broad Spectrum Sunscreen.

The dermatologist-approved sunscreen is hypoallergenic, noncomedogenic and fragrance-free, so it’s especially great for those with sensitive skin. Stewart shared that she mixes her Alastin tinted sunscreen with a little serum to thin it out, then applies it all over her face, chest, lower arms and hands. She also said that she likes the light bronze-y color it gives her. But most importantly, “it really works,” she said.
