Destin, Fla.

The City of Destin announced that it is having a Memorial Day ceremony.

According to the release, the ceremony presented by the American Legion is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Monday, May 27 at the Destin Memorial Cemetary (101 Stahlman Avenue).

In addition to the ceremony, officials say city offices will be closed on Memorial Day.

“We must not forget,” the release said.
