Speaking to reporters on his way into court, former President Donald Trump continued to rail against prosecutors, claiming without evidence that the hush money case and the other three ongoing criminal proceedings against him are being orchestrated by President Biden.

“I just want to say before we begin, these are all Biden trials,” Trump said. “This is done as election interference. Everybody knows that I’m here instead of being able to be in Pennsylvania and Georgia and lots of other places campaigning, and it’s very unfair.”

The former president also lashed out at New York Attorney General Letitia James, who will argue in a separate courtroom Monday that the court should not accept the Trump Organization’s bond in the civil fraud case.

“It’s a very, very sad day in America,” he added.
