Goals from McCann, McCarron and Loughlin was enough to seal the college’s first title since 2008.
Darragh Canavan scored five points to lead his team to victory against the Dublin side.
UCD were looking for their first Sigerson Cup sine 2018 when they beat NUI Galway.
